This policy explains what GroundTruth ("we") collects to provide the tariff and landed cost API and the GroundTruth website.

Data we collect

Account data: email address and the API key we issue, plus the plan and its expiry date.
API usage: the number of calls made per key per month, used solely to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse. We do not store the contents of your requests beyond short-lived operational logs.
Order messages: when you request a payment link, we receive the email and plan details you submit.

How we use it

To operate the service, issue and validate keys, apply plan limits and expiry, respond to order requests, and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and processors

The API runs on Cloudflare infrastructure; order notifications are delivered through Web3Forms to our email provider. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing us. Deleting an active account ends API access.
