Refund Policy

30-day, no-questions money-back guarantee. GroundTruth Enterprise is billed as one annual payment of $2,800. If it is not right for you, email us within 30 days of payment and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method—no justification required.

How refunds work

The 30-day window starts on the date your payment clears.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, bank transfer or Payoneer), usually within a few business days.
After 30 days, plans remain active for the rest of the annual term and are not refundable, but we will always try to resolve any technical problem first.

A note on estimates

GroundTruth returns maintained, source-backed planning estimates; they are not a guarantee of a final CBP assessment. This does not affect the 30-day guarantee—if the service does not fit your workflow within the first 30 days, you can still get a full refund.

Email contentforge.press@outlook.com with your API key and payment date. Please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute so we can process the refund directly.
