GroundTruth provides estimated United States import duty and landed-cost information through MCP and HTTP interfaces for software and AI agents. Results are planning estimates returned with cited public sources and an "as of" date; they are not a U.S. Customs and Border Protection entry, legal advice, or a substitute for a licensed customs broker. Confirm the 10-digit HTS classification before filing.
GroundTruth is offered as one paid plan—GroundTruth Enterprise, billed as a single annual payment of $2,800—which includes unlimited calls, done-for-you setup and rate-change alerts. Free anonymous access is available for evaluation and light use. Each customer receives an API key; you are responsible for keeping it secret and for all usage under it. Keys stop working when the annual term expires. Sharing or reselling a key beyond the plan is prohibited.
We aim for high availability (target 99.9%) but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Duty rates change frequently; we update the maintained data and send rate-change alerts to Enterprise customers, but we are not liable for decisions made on estimates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroundTruth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including customs penalties, lost profits, or delayed shipments. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
