Shops with under $10,000 in sales over the trailing 12 months pay 15% and can opt out. Shops at or above $10,000 pay 12%, cannot opt out, and the fee is capped at $100 per order. The 15%/12% is charged on the whole order, including shipping.
Only the regulatory operating fees moved: France 0.47%→1.14%, Italy 0.32%→0.80%, Spain 0.72%→0.88%, UK 0.32%→0.48%; Türkiye 2.27%→1.67%, India 0.29%→0.05%; Hungary added 1.97%. The $0.20 listing fee, 6.5% transaction fee, processing rates and Offsite Ads rates were unchanged.

For a US seller, about $9.95: $0.20 listing + $6.50 transaction + $3.25 payment processing. You receive about $90.05 before your material, shipping and ad costs. If the order came from an Offsite Ad, add $15 (or $12 for shops over $10k).
The mandatory stack is $0.20 listing + 6.5% transaction + about 3–4% payment processing, roughly 10–11% of a typical order. Offsite Ads can add another 12–15% on attributed orders.
Processing is set by the country of your bank account, not the buyer. US accounts pay 3% + $0.25; UK and most European accounts pay 4% plus a fixed amount, and some also pay a regulatory operating fee on every order.
Only if your shop has earned under $10,000 in the last 12 months: Shop Manager → Settings → Offsite Ads. Above $10,000 the program is mandatory for the life of the shop at 12%, capped at $100 per order.
It is the lowest item price at which the Etsy payout (order total minus every fee) exactly covers your material and shipping costs. The target-margin price raises that until your net profit equals the margin you set.
US sellers are not charged transaction fees on sales tax, so the default model excludes it. UK/EU sellers may also owe VAT on Etsy's fees themselves; treat the result as pre-tax and confirm with your dashboard.
